Not every session looks the same. Sometimes you need insight and action steps. Other times, your nervous system needs to calm down first before any of that can land.

Coaching session

Focus: clarity, boundaries, recovery

  • ·You may get simple exercises for home, like breathing techniques or a guided meditation

Body-oriented regulation session

Focus: calming the nervous system

  • ·Little to no talking; this is about feeling and experiencing
  • ·Helping your body settle and your stress system release
  • ·Scheduled intentionally when you need it most (e.g. during overstimulation or mental overload)

I work in a grounded, human way: no fluff, no harsh approach. With attention to your stress system and what you need to recover.
